Warning Message:A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 am to 4 PM EST
Tuesday. 
Freezing rain...mixed with sleet...will overspread the region
from the southwest late tonight into Tuesday. The precipitation
may briefly start out mixing with snow. The freezing rain will
result in ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.
Temperatures will slowly warm on Tuesday...but may remain near or
just below freezing through much of the afternoon. The ice
accumulation will result in hazardous travel conditions...
especially on untreated roads...bridges and overpasses.
A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow...sleet...or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities...and use caution while
driving.
